1 x 135g pack Hartley’s Black Cherry Jelly Cubes
425g tinned pitted black cherries, drained, keeping the syrup/juice
1/2 litre mould
Separate jelly into cubes and place in a jug/bowl.
Add 1/4 pint (150ml) boiling water and stir until dissolved. This will make the jelly double strength.
Add 100ml of the drained syrup or juice and stir well.
Add half of the cherries to the mould.
Pour half of the jelly over the cherries and put in the fridge to set.
Add the remaining cherries and jelly to the mould.
Put in the fridge to set.
