1 x 135g pack Hartley’s Black Cherry Jelly Cubes
425g tinned pitted black cherries, drained (if in juice reserve to make the jelly)
400g low fat Greek yoghurt
3 tbsp Gales honey
Fresh cherries to decorate if in season
6 tall glasses
Reserve 9 cherries for decoration, otherwise use fresh cherries. Divide the remaining cherries between the glasses.
Make up jelly as directed on pack.
Allow the jelly to cool until it begins to set and thicken.
Pour the jelly over the cherries, the cherries should stay in place and not float.
Put in the fridge to set.
Swirl the honey through the yoghurt.
Spoon the yoghurt over the jelly. Half the remaining cherries and use to decorate each jelly.
