1 x 11.5g Hartley’s Sugar Free Orange Jelly
410g tinned peach slices in juice, drained, saving the juice
100g red grapes
500g Greek yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Large shallow serving dish
Make up jelly as directed on pack. Saved peach juice can be used to make up some of the cold water.
Slice grapes in half.
Arrange peach slices and grapes around the base of the dish and cover with jelly.
Put in the fridge to set.
Once the first layer of jelly has set gently pour over the remaining jelly.
Put in the fridge to set.
Just before serving swirl yoghurt on top of the jelly layer and decorate with fruit.
