2 x 135g packs Hartley’s Orange Jelly Cubes
295g tinned mandarin oranges in fruit juice, drained, saving the juice
1/2 litre mould
Separate jelly into cubes and place in a jug/bowl.
Add 285ml boiling water and stir until dissolved.
Add 285ml cold water, made up using the saved mandarin juice. This will make the jelly double strength.
Add the mandarins to the mould with 1cm of jelly. Put in the fridge to set.
Once set, top up with the remaining jelly.
Put in the fridge to set.
Dip the mould in warm water for a few seconds and turn out onto a plate.
