Peach Slices in Raspberry Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 x 11.5g sachet Hartley’s Sugar Free Raspberry Jelly
    410g tinned peach slices in juice, drained, saving the juice
    To decorate: fresh peaches,small punnet raspberries, few sprigs of mint, icing sugar to dust

Peach Slices in Raspberry Jelly

What You’ll Need

HOW TO MAKE YOUR WOBBLE

Make up jelly with boiling water as directed on pack.

Saved peach juice can be used to make up some of the cold water to add to the jelly.

Divide the peach slices between the glasses.

Pour jelly into glasses over peach slices.

Put in the fridge to set.

Decorate with raspberries on top of jelly.

Dust with icing sugar, a slice of peach and a few sprigs of mint.
