1 x 135g pack Hartley’s Raspberry Jelly Cubes
425g tinned lychees, drained
12 blueberries
1 passion fruit, optional
4 serving dishes, jam jars work well
Make up Raspberry Jelly as directed on pack and allow to cool.
Push a blueberry into the centre of each lychee, this creates the eyeball.
Cut the passion fruit in half and remove the fruit.
Place 2 lychees and a little passion fruit in each serving dish and half fill with jelly.
Put in the fridge to set.
Add the remaining fruit and top up with the rest of the jelly.
Put in the fridge to set.
