1 x 135g pack Hartley’s Strawberry Jelly Cubes
2 x 59g sachets Strawberry Flavour Fruit Whip
300g strawberries, sliced
600ml semi skimmed milk
4 strawberries for decoration, halved
8 serving glasses
Make up Strawberry Jelly as directed on pack.
To make a diagonally layered dessert you will need to find a muffin or cupcake tin and place the glasses inside the empty rounds at an angle, taping into place. Using a jug carefully pour the jelly into the glasses.
Put in the fridge to set.
Slice the strawberries.
Once the jelly has set, remove from the muffin tin and add a layer of sliced strawberries.
Pour the milk into a bowl, sprinkle on the Fruit Whip and whisk until light and creamy.
Stand the glasses upright and spoon in the Fruit Whip. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Just before serving decorate with strawberries.
