  • 2 x 11.5g sachets Hartley’s What’s Your Flavour Jelly
    300ml chilled coconut water
    300ml tropical fruit juice
    Coconut shavings to decorate

Ingredients

  • 2 x 11.5g sachets Hartley’s What’s Your Flavour Jelly
    300ml chilled coconut water
    300ml tropical fruit juice
    Coconut shavings to decorate

What You’ll Need

  • 4-6 tall glasses

HOW TO MAKE YOUR WOBBLE

Pour contents of one sachet into a jug/bowl. Add 200ml boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add 300ml coconut water.

Mix thoroughly and pour into serving glasses so that they are half full.

Put in the fridge to set.

Once the coconut layer has set, repeat process with the second sachet, adding 200ml boiling water and 300ml tropical fruit juice.

Allow this to cool a little before gently pouring onto coconut layer.

Put in the fridge to set.

Just before serving, decorate with coconut shavings.
