2 x 135g pack Hartley’s Strawberry Jelly Cubes
150ml single cream
To decorate: 200g strawberries
1 x 500ml heart shape mould
Make up Strawberry Jelly with half the amount of boiling water as directed on pack (this will make the jelly double strength) Cool the jelly and divide in half. To one add 100ml cold water. Keep the other jug to the side.
Pour Strawberry Jelly into mould.
Put in the fridge to set.
Add 100ml of single cream to the second Strawberry jelly set aside at the start.
Gently pour the cream jelly into the mould using the back of a spoon
Put in the fridge to set.
To serve, dip the mould in warm water for a few seconds and tip onto a serving plate. Slice strawberries to decorate.
